The first one is Termius, it's an SSH client, it's free for one device but there's also a paid subscription that you can get for free if you're a student. There may also be something similar to that effect when using ssh as well, I’m not sure. This sort of issue looks suspiciously like a local echo problem that might occur if you were to have say telnet echo your input back to you while the remote shell was also doing the same thing.
